鹹豬肉蔥花五穀炒飯、海帶清湯

中午的料理是鹹豬肉炒飯，用平底鍋炒了一整鍋，五穀米不但讓炒飯的顏色變得多樣，在口感上也增加了更多的變化，微焦出油的鹹豬肉散發出誘人的香氣、鹹鹹的滋味很下飯，紅嫩的肉色看起來也像是剛煎好的鮭魚肉片。
